How it works - Parking
1. Download and install Redde
USE THE APP
From the Google Play Store or the iOS App Store. Register if you haven't.
2. Select a location
Type any part of the name, city or location code to bring up a short list including maps.
3. Select your parking start and end times
Confirm your payment. Note that you can often pay for parking just before you leave, check the signs.
4. Choose to receive a reminder
When it arrives, simply tap the link to choose your new end time.

ONLINE
Register by following the on-screen prompts or log in to get going if you’re already registered.
2. Select your start and end times
Note you can pay before you leave or pre-pay when planning a trip. Check the signs for details.
3. Confirm your payment
Register more than one card if you want to more easily track work expenses through the Payment History report.
4. Manage your Settings
When it arrives, simply tap the link to choose your new end time.

2. A REDDE staff member will assist you
Register and pay for your parking. Check car park signs for assisted phone payment charges.
3. Wait for confirmation of payment
Receipts can be sent to you via email or SMS.
4. Extend you parking
By simply calling back, or via the SMS reminder if you selected that option.

TEXT US
Type the word PARK followed by the location code and time required. See the car park signs for typical examples e.g. PARK 3002 3H to pay for 3 hours in location 3002. Note, your default car and payment method will be used.
2. Wait for the receipt which confirms your parking payment
Receipts can be sent to your email address or via SMS. Please check the signs for SMS charges.
3. Extend your parking by tapping the link in your reminder SMS
Choose how long to extend by and confirm. Reminder SMS messages need to have been selected in your account settings.
4. Update your default car and payment method
Use the web or app if you want to use SMS payments for other cars.
